Last winter, a young boy named Marcus arrived at our Annual Coat Giveaway wearing a thin hoodie. His family had fallen on hard times, and a warm coat simply wasn’t in their budget. When he slipped in this new winter coat, his face lit up with pure joy. “ Now I won’t be cold at the bus stop, “ he said with a smile.
